(WNY News Now) – In a recent incident on 03/08/2024, a 37-year-old Randolph, NY, resident was apprehended at 301 Court St, Little Valley, NY, by Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies on warrant charges.

Daniel Visker faces a slew of charges, including Criminal Mischief 2nd, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Auto Stripping 1st, Assault with Intent to Cause Injury with a Weapon, and Criminal Possession of a Firearm. The arrest took place while Visker was in the custody of Chautauqua County Jail. Currently detained in Cattaraugus County Jail, Visker awaits his future court date.
