(WNY News Now) – A 48-year old man was apprehended by Jamestown Police on W. 5th St / Jefferson St for an uninspected vehicle, revealing a revoked license and an outstanding warrant from Warren County Sheriff’s Office, PA.

On March 12, 2024, at 5:42 PM, Jamestown Police halted a vehicle on W. 5th St / Jefferson St due to an uninspected motor vehicle violation. Identified as James L. Lindsay 3rd, further scrutiny uncovered Lindsay’s revoked license status and an active warrant from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Pennsylvania. Charged with being a Fugitive from Justice (felony), Lindsay was taken into custody and awaits arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
