(WNY News Now) – Stockton, NY – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a 20-year-old male from Mayville, NY, for driving while intoxicated (DWI) during a routine traffic stop on Stockton Hartfield Rd in the Town of Stockton.
In the early hours of April 6, 2024, at approximately 12:51am, authorities intercepted Tate J. Olson’s vehicle, whereupon they discovered evidence of alleged intoxication. Subsequent investigations led to Olson’s arrest on charges including DWI, DWI per se, Consumption of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle, and Moved from Lane Unsafely. Olson received citations and is summoned to appear in the Town of Stockton Court at a later date.
