Chautauqua County authorities, in collaboration with multiple agencies, conducted a narcotics investigation resulting in the arrest of Deron A Weaver at 8 Hickory St. in Silver Creek.
On April 11, 2024, narcotics investigators from Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Dunkirk Police, Jamestown Police, and the DEA executed a search warrant at 8 Hickory St. in Silver Creek. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team entered the residence, where they found Deron Weaver.
During the search, authorities seized a digital scale and over $6,500 in US Currency. Weaver, 38, was subsequently charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd. He was taken to Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Jail for arraignment at the Centralized Arraignment Program.
