(WNY News Now) – Town of Ellery, NY – Two residents of Randolph, NY, were arrested for allegedly shoplifting from a business on Rt 430 in the Town of Ellery.
Deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shoplifting complaint on April 19th, 2024, at approximately 9:12 PM. Investigation revealed that Aubrey E. Baize, 29, and Kimberly L. Ferguson, 39, had allegely taken merchandise from the establishment without making payment.
Following identification with the assistance of witnesses and the CCSO, Baize was apprehended on April 24th, 2024, and charged with Petite Larceny. Baize is scheduled to appear at CAP for the charges. Ferguson was also later arrested and charged with Petite Larceny. However, she was released with appearance tickets and is expected to appear at the Town of Ellery Court on a future date.
