(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – Jamestown Police, along with New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Investigators, conducted Adult Use Cannabis Inspections in Jamestown and Ellicott, finding non-compliance at the Royal Smoke Shop.
On April 24th, 2024, a collaborative effort between the Jamestown Police Department and Investigators from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Criminal Investigations Division led to multiple Adult Use Cannabis Inspections in the City of Jamestown and Town of Ellicott.
During the inspections, the Royal Smoke Shop, situated at 712 E 2nd Street in Jamestown, was discovered to be non-compliant, engaging in the sale of illicit Adult Use Cannabis. In response to these findings, the Royal Smoke Shop received an EN-183C, Unregistered Cannabis Dealer letter.
