Jason C. Swan, 39, of Humphrey, NY, was arrested for grand larceny and possession of stolen property on May 10, 2024.
On May 10, 2024, at around 12:00 PM, deputies arrested Jason C. Swan, 39, following a larceny investigation in Little Valley, NY. Swan was found to have taken another person’s property without permission and was in possession of the stolen items. He faces charges of Grand Larceny in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree. Swan was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Little Valley Court at a later date.
