(WNY News Now) – Mayville, NY – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies apprehended a fugitive wanted from Pennsylvania, on W Lake Rd in Mayville. She was found in possession of methamphetamine during the arrest.
On May 13, 2024, around 12:30 PM, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies spotted Latrisha S. Mccarty, 54, wanted in Pennsylvania, on W Lake Rd in Mayville. Mccarty was apprehended and found with a quantity of methamphetamine. She faces charges for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and awaits extradition to Pennsylvania in Chautauqua County Jail. Mccarty is scheduled to appear in Town of Chautauqua court at a later date.
