Pablo J. Figueroa 3rd, a 36-year-old Lakewood resident, was arrested for shoplifting and drug possession in Jamestown on May 19, 2024.

On May 19, 2024, at approximately 3:13 PM, officers from the Jamestown Police 2nd Platoon responded to a shoplifting incident on the city’s south side. Upon arrival, they identified the suspect as Pablo J. Figueroa 3rd, a 36-year-old male from Lakewood, NY.

Figueroa attempted to flee but was apprehended shortly after. During the arrest, officers found him in possession of small quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl. Further investigation revealed that Figueroa had an outstanding warrant from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Figueroa was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree and Resisting Arrest. He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and booked. Following the booking, he was given an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court and then turned over to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office due to the outstanding warrant.
