A 20-year-old male was injured in a shooting on Primrose Avenue Monday evening, police report.
On Monday, May 20, 2024, at approximately 8:16 PM, Syracuse Police officers responded to the 300 block of Primrose Avenue following a ShotSpotter activation for multiple gunshots. Officers found a 20-year-old male victim near the corner of Midland Avenue and Primrose Avenue with a gunshot wound to his right thigh. The victim was transported to University Hospital by American Medical Response and is listed in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
