SILVER CREEK, NY (May 27, 2024) – Early Monday morning, an altercation on Lake Avenue resulted in the arrest of a local resident.
At approximately 7:42 AM on May 27, 2024, Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call reporting an altercation on Lake Avenue in the Village of Silver Creek. Upon arrival and investigation, deputies alleged that Patrick J. Kelly, a 25-year-old resident of Silver Creek, had engaged in unwanted contact with another individual.
As a result of the incident, Kelly was arrested and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. Following his arrest, Kelly was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail where he awaits arraignment in the Town of Hanover Court.
