On May 29th, Angelica L. Clark, a 25-year-old resident of Jamestown, NY, was apprehended and subsequently arrested for petit larceny at Wegmans in Ellicott. Ellicott Police responded promptly after store security detained Clark for allegedly shoplifting.

According to reports, Clark attempted to exit the store without paying for various merchandise, bypassing the points of purchase. The specific items taken and their total value have not been disclosed by authorities. Following her arrest, Clark was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
