Victor Marshall Receives Over 13 Years in Federal Prison

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Victor Marshall, 51, of Buffalo, NY, has been sentenced to 156 months in prison for drug trafficking and firearm possession, announced U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross. U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara handed down the sentence following Marshall’s admission to the charges.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Pierre Richard Antoine, who prosecuted the case, detailed that Marshall was previously sentenced in June 2014 to 130 months in federal prison and five years of supervised release for conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine. As part of his supervised release, Marshall was prohibited from committing any further crimes. However, in March 2022, Marshall was indicted by a federal grand jury on new drug and gun charges, which he subsequently admitted, violating the terms of his supervised release.

This latest sentencing follows an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, led by Special Agent-in-Charge Matthew Miraglia.
