Jamestown Police Nab Four for Criminal Trespass

On the evening of June 22, 2024, four Jamestown residents were arrested for trespassing in a deserted factory on the city’s east side. The suspects, Austin T. Schwab (28), Megan M. Truver (30), Thomas J. Mann (32), and Nicole L. Hixson (30), are currently held pending arraignment at the Jamestown City Court.

At approximately 8:14 PM, Jamestown Police responded to a trespass complaint at the long-abandoned factory. Upon arrival, officers conducted a thorough search of the premises and discovered the four individuals inside. Lacking any lawful reason to be present, Schwab, Truver, Mann, and Hixson were promptly apprehended.

The accused were transported to Jamestown City Jail, where they were booked on charges of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree. The case is now awaiting further legal proceedings in Jamestown City Court.

  1. Which abandoned factory?! Very deceptive how a picture of the burning Crawford Furniture factory is shown, when the factory is NO LONGER THERE!
