In a recent development, Aaron L. Stearns, 38, of Randolph, was taken into custody following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reported that on June 18, 2024, at approximately 9:35 PM, Aaron L. Stearns was arrested following a domestic incident in Randolph. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Randolph Substation for processing.
Stearns was then taken to the Town of Coldspring Court for arraignment, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Randolph Court at a later date.
