(WNY News Now) – ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Police Department (RPD) is on the hunt for suspects involved in an armed robbery at the Kwik-Fill store on Culver Road. The incident, which has left the local community on edge, occurred late Tuesday night around 10:52 p.m.
According to RPD, at least one suspect entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanded money from the employees. The assailant managed to flee with an undisclosed amount of cash and other items. During the course of the robbery, one store employee sustained a minor injury but is expected to recover fully.
Despite the rapid response from law enforcement, the suspects remain at large. Rochester police are urging anyone with information about the robbery to come forward and call 911.
