(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County – In a series of arrests spanning January through February 2024, five individuals were charged with selling crack cocaine to a minor across various locations in Cattaraugus County, New York.
- Naomi Lindgren (45) of Perrysburg: Arrested on June 12, 2024, for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), and one count of endangering the welfare of a child (Class A misdemeanor).
- Heather Chase (32) of Olean: Arrested on July 8, 2024, for three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), and one count of endangering the welfare of a child (Class A misdemeanor).
- Vincent Thompson (26) of Perrysburg: Arrested on June 14, 2024, for three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), and one count of endangering the welfare of a child (Class A misdemeanor).
- Carolyn Kettle (36) of Perrysburg: Arrested on June 14, 2024, for five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), five counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child (Class A misdemeanor).
- Donielle Storey (31) of Salamanca: Arrested on June 13, 2024, for five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (Class B felony), and one count of endangering the welfare of a child (Class A misdemeanor).
The arrests resulted from a comprehensive investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division, Criminal Bureau Division, and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Taskforce. The taskforce comprises members from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Salamanca Police Department, and Olean Police Department. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
