(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – In the early hours of July 23rd, Jamestown police apprehended a Jamestown woman after a brief foot chase on Lakeview Ave.
On July 23, 2024, at approximately 12:28 am, Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd platoon officers attempted to check on a suspicious vehicle on Lakeview Ave. During this check, Kylah M. Seiberg, a 29-year-old female from Jamestown, fled from the vehicle.
Seiberg, who was wanted on several felony warrants issued by the Jamestown Police Department, led officers on a brief foot pursuit before being taken into custody without further incident. In addition to her existing warrants, Seiberg was charged with resisting arrest due to her attempt to flee while officers issued commands for her to stop.
Following her apprehension, Seiberg was held in the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in the Jamestown City Court.
