(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – Officers apprehended two suspects in a condemned residence on the south side of Jamestown, leading to drug possession charges.
On July 26, 2024, at approximately 7:19 PM, Jamestown police officers responded to a trespass report on the south side of the city. Upon arrival, they found Bryanne Childers, 36, and Michael Miller, 38, in a condemned residence. Both individuals were promptly taken into custody for criminal trespass in the third degree.
During a search, officers allegedly discovered a quantity of cocaine on both Childers and Miller. Consequently, they were also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. The suspects were transported to Jamestown City Jail. They are scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court.
