(WNY News Now) – Cassadaga – A harassment complaint in the Village of Cassadaga on August 23rd has led to the arrest of a Jamestown man on aggravated harassment charges.
On the night of August 23, 2024, at approximately 11:56 PM, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a harassment complaint in the Village of Cassadaga, Stockton, NY. Upon arrival, deputies engaged with the victim, who provided crucial evidence related to the incident.
Following a thorough investigation, deputies identified 33-year-old Daniel A. Fabrizio Jr. of Jamestown, NY, as the primary suspect. Evidence gathered at the scene and further implicated Fabrizio.
Fabrizio was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Stockton Court at a later date to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
