(WNY News Now) – Portville – A 33-year-old Portville resident was arrested on two outstanding bench warrants and is currently being held in custody.
On September 8, 2024, at approximately 12:15 p.m., the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office executed a warrant arrest at an apartment in Portville, New York. Jessica E. Learn-Gogel, 33, was apprehended on two active bench warrants issued by Cattaraugus County Court. The arrest resulted in Learn-Gogel being transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where she is being held pending future court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
