(WNY News Now) – Falconer – Falconer School District has released a statement regarding an alleged bus incident in which the driver appeared to display potential signs of impairment while operating the bus.
Steve Penhollow, Superintendent of Falconer Central School provided the following statement when inquired about the alleged incident:
“As you may know, we do not comment on personnel matters. We will confirm, however, that when we receive concerns regarding any employee’s conduct, we investigate those matters.
If the District received a credible report or had information to indicate that an employee was impaired in some way while caring for students in the District, appropriate steps would immediately be taken.“
