(WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old Cattaraugus man is in custody following the execution of two felony bench warrants by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
CATTARAUGUS, NY — On December 29, 2024, at approximately 5:32 a.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Jeffery A. Schosek, 41, at his residence. Schosek was wanted on two active felony bench warrants issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
The arrest unfolded without incident, as deputies located Schosek at his home. Following the arrest, he was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he remains held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
