(WNY News Now) – Deputies responded to a domestic altercation in Delevan, NY, resulting in the arrest of an 18-year-old woman.
Delevan, NY — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of Katrina M. Bennett, 18, of Delevan, New York, following a domestic incident on January 13, 2025.
Deputies responded to a report of a physical altercation at a Main Street address at approximately 11:00 a.m. The altercation reportedly involved Bennett and her brother.
Bennett was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in the Town of Ashford Court. She was released on her own recognizance, and the court issued an order of protection.
Bennett is scheduled to appear in the Town of Yorkshire Court on January 16, 2025, for further legal proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
