(WNY News Now) – Great Valley, NY — A FedEx delivery driver was cited for leaving the scene of a property damage accident after his van caused significant damage to a property in Great Valley, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident occurred on January 7, 2025, at approximately 2:29 PM at a residence on Bonn Ridge. Authorities identified the driver as Connor P. Brogan, operating a 2012 Ford delivery truck.

According to the crash report, Brogan’s vehicle veered off the driveway, damaging a lawn, a light pole, and the property’s address sign. The driver then reportedly left the scene without notifying the property owner or reporting the incident to law enforcement.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to the complaint and launched an investigation, which led to Brogan being charged with leaving the scene of a property damage-only (PDO) accident.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
