(WNY News Now) – ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A Hilton man will serve five years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) involving prepubescent minors, U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced.

U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa sentenced Isolino S. Presutti, Jr., 38, to 60 months in prison and ordered him to pay $42,000 in restitution to 14 victims.

According to Assistant U.S. Attorneys Nicholas M. Testani and Meghan K. McGuire, Presutti was found in possession of three desktop computers and two laptops in March 2023, containing 5,690 images and 28 videos of CSAM. Some of the material depicted the abuse of infants, toddlers, and acts of violence against children.

The case was investigated by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, led by Sheriff Todd Baxter, and the FBI Child Exploitation Human Trafficking Task Force, under Special Agent-in-Charge Matthew Miraglia.
