(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, NY – Three individuals were taken into custody early Wednesday morning after officers responded four times in three hours to a Northside residence for noise complaints, disorderly conduct, and domestic disturbances.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers first arrived at the location around 12:33 a.m. on January 29 in response to a noise complaint. Residents Joseph B. Connolly, 20, and Margaret A. Connolly, 47, were cited for unnecessary noise under the City of Jamestown’s ordinance and issued appearance tickets.
At approximately 2:13 a.m., officers returned to the residence for reports of a disorderly person. Following an investigation, Margaret Connolly was arrested for harassment in the second degree after allegedly making threats toward a male victim. She was transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
Less than an hour later, at 3:12 a.m., officers responded again and determined that Illinois D. Jackson, 21, had violated an order of protection by being present at the residence. Jackson was taken into custody and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.
Finally, at 3:35 a.m., police were called back to the residence after receiving reports of a woman screaming for help. Upon arrival, officers determined that Joseph Connolly had allegedly pushed a female victim, causing minor facial injuries. He was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree.
