(WNY News Now) – Olean, NY – A 43-year-old man was taken into custody by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on Monday night for violating the Family Court Act.
Authorities arrested Ronald J. Haynoski at approximately 10:18 p.m. on January 27 near North 7th Street and Reed Street in Olean. Deputies confirmed he had an active warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Family Court.
Haynoski was arraigned in Allegany Town Court before being remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. He will remain in custody until his next scheduled appearance in Family Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
