(WNY News Now) – LITTLE VALLEY, NY – A local man was taken into custody after deputies discovered an active arrest warrant during an unrelated encounter.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported that Brian M. Mustard, 48, of Little Valley, NY, was arrested on February 5, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM on Court Street. Authorities stated that during an unrelated incident, deputies encountered Mustard and determined he had an outstanding arrest warrant for criminal trespass in the second degree, issued by the Town of New Albion Court.
Mustard was transported to New Albion Town Court, where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
