(WNY News Now) – NORTH HARMONY, NY – A reported disturbance on Old Bridge Road led to the arrest of two individuals on the morning of February 22, 2025.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the scene around 9:52 a.m. and identified Nyren L. Graham, 27, of Jamestown, who had an active misdemeanor bench warrant issued by the City of Jamestown Court.

As deputies attempted to take Graham into custody, Rachel S. Fisher, 25, of Ashville, allegedly interfered, leading to additional charges. Fisher was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and resisting arrest.

Graham was turned over to the Jamestown Police Department for arraignment on the outstanding warrant. Fisher was released with appearance tickets for the Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
