(WNY News Now) – ELLICOTT, N.Y. – A Jamestown woman faces charges after allegedly trespassing at a local business in violation of a court order.
According to the Town of Ellicott Police Department, Jessica L. Mcadoo, 31, was arrested on March 6, 2025, at 11:26 a.m. and charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and Trespass.
Authorities responded to a trespass complaint at a business in Ellicott, where Mcadoo was allegedly found on the property despite an active Order of Protection requiring her to stay away from the protected party’s place of employment.
Mcadoo was taken into custody and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. She is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to address the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
