(WNY News Now) – Under a starry sky, visitors of all ages were captivated by Audubon Lights 2025, a mesmerizing outdoor spectacle that brings nature and illumination together in a breathtaking display.

Jamestown, N.Y. – With the sky so clear they could see the stars, families, teenagers and adults alike were fascinated by this past weekend’s Audubon Lights 2025, presented by Kinetic Internet Service Provider at Audubon Community Nature Center. 

After walking the luminary-lit trail with its laser light shows and spectacular displays on the ponds and woods, everyone loved sitting by the outdoor fire and enjoying a warm drink, snack, and live entertainment. Ayri Brady sang and played her ukelele and Luna Solaria did fire, LED, and black light dancing. 

Entertainment this coming Friday and Saturday (March 28 and 29) during the 8:15-10 p.m. event is music by Adam McKillip and hula hoop flow artist Brandy Welch. Luna Solaria returns for the final weekend, April 4 and 5, along with Bill Ward and his guitar.

While Audubon’s volunteers had a wonderful time, too, Volunteer Coordinator Sharon Tefft still needs help with admissions and concessions for the remaining nights. All volunteers receive free admission to the event and a complimentary snack and drink from the snack stand.

In the Nature Center building you can play in the indoor nature play area, visit the live animals, and shop in the Blue Heron Gift Shop. 

You can purchase small LED lights at the entrance for additional fun, as well as glasses that refract the light to make the trail even more amazing. Bringing cash makes purchasing easier.

Audubon Lights happens rain or shine, so be sure to dress for the weather. Entertainment will move indoors if the weather is bad.

You may be glad you brought a flashlight for dark sections of the trail. Parking lots have lights, but an un-lit overflow parking lot is used on crowded nights. 

Admission is $12 for adults, $9 for Nature Center members and children 3–15, and free for ages 2 and under.

Audubon Community Nature Center is located at 1600 Riverside Road, one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown, N.Y., and Warren, Pa. You can visit the nearly 600-acre nature preserve, check in on the live birds of prey, enjoy the natural play space, and hike over five miles of trails dawn until dusk daily for free.
