(WNY News Now) – A man was arrested on narcotics charges after deputies found him asleep behind the wheel outside a dispensary in Cattaraugus County.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to Chronic Link Dispensary at approximately 8:30 a.m. on March 20, 2025, following reports of a male unconscious in a vehicle. Upon investigation, deputies identified the individual as 27-year-old Caleb J. Kessler of Cuba, NY, and discovered a quantity of methamphetamine in his possession.
Kessler was taken into custody without incident and released on appearance tickets. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Carrollton Local Criminal Court at a later date for arraignment.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
