(WNY News Now) – A 55-year-old Celeron resident faces harassment and obstruction charges after an alleged incident involving threats toward neighbors.

ELLICOTT, N.Y. — The Town of Ellicott Police Department has charged Kelli L. Seekings, 55, of Celeron with Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a reported neighbor dispute.

According to police, officers responded to the complaint on March 26, 2025, at approximately 7:00 a.m. It is alleged that Seekings threatened two of her neighbors during the incident.

Upon investigation, officers took Seekings into custody. She was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to address the charges.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
