(WNY News Now) – Police arrested two individuals Saturday evening after responding to a burglary report at a condemned property on Jamestown’s west side.

JAMESTOWN – On April 12, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd platoon responded to a reported burglary in progress at a condemned residence on the city’s west side.

Upon arrival, officers located two individuals—identified as Sean M. Carlson, 41, and Brittany L. Dellahoy, 34, both residents of Jamestown—inside the vacant structure.

Police determined that Carlson and Dellahoy were unlawfully inside the property. Both were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

Following standard procedure and in accordance with New York State bail reform laws, Carlson and Dellahoy were each charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor. They were released on appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

The New York State Police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office assisted Jamestown Police at the scene.









As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
