(WNY News Now) – A West Seneca woman voluntarily surrendered to authorities in Cattaraugus County on two outstanding warrants earlier this week.
On Monday, April 21, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of April M. Riggle, 42, of West Seneca.
Riggle turned herself in at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office in connection with two active warrants issued by the Town of East Otto Court. The specific nature of the warrants was not disclosed by law enforcement.
After her surrender, Riggle was processed by deputies and transported to the Town of East Otto Court. Following her court appearance, she was released. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
