(WNY News Now) – WNY News Now recently interviewed Walt Sanders, owner of Phoenix Detailing, to learn about what has quickly made them the top-rated detailing shop in the Jamestown area.
Frewsburg, N.Y. – Walt Sanders has been working in the detailing industry for almost 20 years, 18 of which were spent primarily working with and managing dealerships. As he observed the fast-paced nature of most detail shops, he realized that he wanted to open a detail shop that wasn’t focused on servicing cars as quickly as possible. Instead, he would focus on taking his time in order to give the cars that entered his shop the time and attention that they deserve, especially as the cost of car ownership continues to increase.
His approach clearly has its merits. Phoenix Detailing, which is now on its third year of business, has quickly risen to the top, amassing 55 five star reviews on Google, making it the top-rated detail shop in the Jamestown area.
Another thing that distinguishes Phoenix Detailing from its competition is the high-end ceramic coating they use. While most ceramic coatings advertised are off-the-shelf products that anyone can buy, Phoenix Detailing only uses ceramic coatings that can only purchased by authorized installers, which requires in-person training. They are also warrantied, adding a level of security to their work.
When asked about why he wants to clean cars, Sanders discussed the satisfaction that it brings him when customers marvel at the quality of his work. To him, there is no greater feeling in the world than when a customer tells him that he managed to make their vehicle look better than when it was brand new.
