(WNY News Now) – A quarter-century partnership between DFT Communications and the 1891 Fredonia Opera House continues to bring world-class performances to Western New York.

FREDONIA – The 1891 Fredonia Opera House Performing Arts Center and DFT Communications are celebrating a 25-year relationship in which DFT has served as corporate sponsor of the Opera House’s Spotlight Series.

“We are very excited to be continuing this longstanding partnership between the Opera House and DFT Communications, “ says Opera House Executive Director Rick Davis.  “DFT is one of the area’s oldest independent businesses. It is family-owned by founding members of the Opera House; and we are honored that the company is continuing to support us in this way.”

The Spotlight Series is a series of live performance events featuring popular national and international artists in a variety of musical genres, dance and theatre.  This year’s series includes two performances coming this fall: The Billy Joel Tribute Experience with Pat Farrell and the Cold Spring Harbor Band, on Oct. 17; and a very special concert with Broadway star Nick Adams, on Sept. 19.

DFT Communications is a family of companies linking neighbor to neighbor, friend to friend, and business to business. Over the past 127 years, the company has updated equipment, expanded services and added subscribers.
