(WNY News Now) – Celebrate the women who make life sweeter with a fun-filled day at Erie’s iconic indoor water park.
ERIE, P.A. – Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park Resort will celebrate mothers and grandmothers in the community with a special Mother’s Day event on Saturday, May 10, 2025. The event will feature activities throughout the park, including a VIP ice cream social and exclusive opportunities for families to celebrate the important women in their lives. Additionally, all mothers will receive complimentary admission to Splash Lagoon on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, 2025.
“We are thrilled to offer this unique event to our community and provide families with a special way to celebrate Mother’s Day,” said Ryan Cherry, general manager of Splash Lagoon. “It’s our way of showing appreciation for all the amazing moms who bring joy to their families. We look forward to hosting this fun-filled day and making it an unforgettable experience for everyone.”
The VIP Ice Cream Social Event will be held in The Palms Room from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. for just $25 per couple. Guests will receive two ice cream sundaes, exclusive access to the princesses, a Mother’s Day gift, and photo opportunities. This exclusive event must be purchased in advance at www.splashlagoon.com/event/mothers-day-event with the code MOMVIP.
The general Mother’s Day Event will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., featuring a Princess Dance Party at 2:00 p.m. and a Princess Meet-and-Greet from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Face painting will also be available in the Front Lobby from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., included with water park admission. All activities are included in admission, excluding the VIP ice cream social.
