(WNY News Now) – Devin S. Fuller, 29, of Falconer, was arrested by Town of Ellicott police following a reported domestic dispute on April 29, 2025.

On April 29, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Town of Ellicott police responded to a domestic dispute involving Devin S. Fuller, 29, of Falconer. Authorities allege Fuller struck the victim multiple times in the head, resulting in injury, and applied pressure around the victim’s neck, causing obstruction of breathing.

Fuller was charged with Assault in the Third Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Flow, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree. Following his arrest, Fuller was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

He is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott court at a later date to address the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
