(WNY News Now) – A 27-year-old Clymer resident faces charges after deputies responded to a reported altercation in the Town of French Creek.
FRENCH CREEK, NY — On Saturday, May 31, 2025, at approximately 12:31 p.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported altercation on Bakerink Road in the Town of French Creek.
Following an investigation at the scene, deputies identified Jordan M. Taylor, 27, of Clymer, NY, as a suspect in the incident. Authorities allege that Taylor caused damage to another individual’s property and made threats to cause harm.
Taylor was subsequently arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree.
After processing at the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Taylor was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to await arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Program (CAP). As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
