(WNY News Now) – A 22-year-old Salamanca man has been charged following an investigation into a reported sexual offense involving a juvenile in the Village of Silver Creek.
SILVER CREEK, NY — Keion T. Tyger, 22, of Salamanca, was arrested and arraigned on charges of Rape in the Third Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
According to officials, the investigation was conducted in January 2025 by the Criminal Investigation Division. Authorities determined that Tyger had engaged in sexual intercourse with a juvenile victim.
Tyger was formally arraigned in Chautauqua County Supreme Court and is currently facing legal proceedings stemming from the incident, which allegedly took place in the Village of Silver Creek. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
