(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – A Jamestown woman was arrested early Saturday morning after police responded to a domestic dispute on the city’s south side.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers from the 3rd Platoon were dispatched at approximately 5:51 a.m. on June 7, 2025, for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers determined that 36-year-old Teri A. Gonzalez had allegedly kicked an interior door during the dispute, causing it to strike a male victim.

Police report that the victim sustained a small laceration to his lip, and the impact also resulted in damage to the door. Gonzalez was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

She is facing charges of Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Gonzalez is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
