Brandon R. Philbrick taken into custody and transported to Cattaraugus County Jail
(WNY News Now) – CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Brandon R. Philbrick on July 27, 2025, following the execution of a direct deposit bench warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
Philbrick was apprehended by the Lakewood-Busti Police Department and subsequently turned over to the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies transported him to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he will be held pending further proceedings in court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
