Deputies respond to complaint on Taylor Road; suspects issued appearance tickets
(WNY News Now) – WESTFIELD, N.Y. — The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reports that two men were charged following a trespass complaint on Taylor Road in the Town of Westfield.
On September 10, 2025, at approximately 2:36 p.m., deputies responded to a call regarding an alleged trespass. Following an investigation, authorities determined that Robert Williams, 62, of Celeron, and Thomas Young, 68, of Niagara Falls, had committed trespass.
Both Williams and Young were charged with trespass and issued appearance tickets. They are scheduled to appear in the Town of Westfield Court at a later date to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
