(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Jamestown woman faces multiple charges after police say she drove intoxicated with four children in her vehicle and caused a crash on Monday afternoon.
According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers from the Second Platoon responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Baker Street and Chapman Street around 3:16 p.m. on November 3, 2025. Upon investigation, police identified the driver at fault as 42-year-old Christina S. Blair of Jamestown.

Officers determined that Blair was operating her vehicle while intoxicated. Police said four children were inside her vehicle at the time of the crash. Blair was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where she submitted to a chemical breath test. The test reportedly showed a blood alcohol concentration more than twice the legal limit.
Blair was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI with a Child in the Vehicle (Leandra’s Law), and four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, along with multiple other traffic infractions.
She is currently being held at the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
