Police say multiple charges stem from an incident involving juveniles and an active order of protection.
(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown woman was arrested December 18, 2025, following a reported domestic dispute in the Town of Ellicott that allegedly involved a physical altercation with juveniles and damage to property, according to Town of Ellicott Police.
Police report that Tina L. Larsen, 45, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree, and one count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
Officers responded to a domestic dispute in progress and allege that Larsen became involved in a physical altercation with two juveniles inside the residence. Authorities state the juveniles sustained visible marks as a result of the incident and that property within the residence was damaged.
Police further indicated that orders of protection were in effect at the time of the incident, protecting the juveniles involved.
Larsen was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, where she was held pending arraignment. She is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer the charges.
All charges are accusations, and Larsen is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
