(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old Jamestown man is facing multiple charges following a reported domestic dispute Monday morning.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers began investigating a complaint related to a domestic incident that allegedly occurred on March 2, 2026, at approximately 10:36 a.m. in the area of McDaniel Avenue and Fairmount Avenue in Jamestown.

Police said the complaint was formally taken at about 1:30 p.m. by first platoon officers. The victim reported that her boyfriend, Emanuel J. Pagan, 29, of Jamestown, had been driving erratically and swerving in and out of traffic while yelling at her and behaving aggressively. Authorities stated that the victim and a one-year-old child were passengers in the vehicle at the time of the incident.

Officers later made contact with Pagan at his residence and took him into custody without incident.

Pagan has been charged with two counts of Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was transported to the city jail and is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
