(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — Three Jamestown residents are facing felony drug charges after authorities executed a search warrant and seized fentanyl at a Forest Park residence.

Investigators with the Jamestown Police Department and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 7 Forest Park at approximately 10:45 a.m. on March 16, 2026, following an investigation into suspected narcotics activity.

According to officials, Ronaldo Galarza-Gonzalez, 39, Ronaldo Galarza Jr., 19, and Rashaira Garcia-Figueroa, 39, were all present at the residence during the search.

Authorities report that approximately 19.3 grams of fentanyl, along with packaging materials consistent with the sale and distribution of narcotics, were seized during the operation.

All three individuals have been charged with:

  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree
  • Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree

Each of the accused was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Officials stated that the investigation remains ongoing and additional arrests are expected.
