(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Jamestown woman is facing multiple felony charges following a DWI investigation early Sunday morning after officers observed erratic driving behavior.

Jamestown Police report that on March 22, 2026, at approximately 2:04 a.m., officers on patrol in the area of South Main Street and the Arterial observed a vehicle proceed through a solid red light and continue traveling on the wrong side of the roadway.

Officers initiated a traffic stop on Allen Street and identified the driver as Tiffany A. Haight, 44, of Jamestown.

Following an investigation, police determined that Haight was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She was taken into custody and submitted to a breath test, which allegedly registered a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.17%, more than twice the legal limit.

Authorities further determined that Haight has a prior DWI conviction within the past 10 years, elevating the current charges to felony-level offenses. Police also reported that she was driving with a revoked New York State driver’s license.

Haight has been charged with:

• Driving While Intoxicated (Felony)
• Driving While Intoxicated Per Se (Felony)
• Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree (Felony)
• Multiple vehicle and traffic violations

She was held in the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
